Gator Damp Paste 1009 - Wet or Underwater petrolatum tape primer
Penetrates existing rust, displaces moisture, pacifies the surface and aids in adhesion. Can be applied with a stiff  bristle brush or gloved hand. Used as a primer for damp or wet surfaces prior to the application of PipeGator petrolatum tapes.   

Gator Primer 102 - Bitumen based tape primer is an oxidized bitumen in aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon solvent formulation.   Fill surface irregularities for perfect tape contact. A fast drying primer for all surfaces prior to the application of PipeGator bitumen based tapes.   Penetrates existing rust, displaces moisture, pacifies the surface and aids in adhesion.

Elastoflex Primer - A Butyl tape primer made for less than perfect surface preparation. Will adhere to well adhered rusted surfaces. A quick drying primer for all surfaces prior to the application of PipeGator butyl based tapes.   Fill surface irregularities for superior tape contact. Penetrates existing rust, pacifies the surface and aids in adhesion. Can be brush or spray applied.

Corrosion protection of wet or dry pipes, flanges, valves and related surfaces.A non-woven synthetic fabric tape fully impregnated with a neutral petrolatum compound.

Gator Low Temp Tape - Low temperature petrolatum tape
A non-woven synthetic fabric tape fully impregnated with a neutral petrolatum compound designed to be applied at cooler temperatures. Corrosion protection of wet or dry pipes, flanges, valves and related surfaces.

Gator High Temp Tape - High temperature petrolatum tape
A synthetic fabric fully impregnated with a special blend of high temperature petrolatum compound. Corrosion protection of pipes, flanges, valves and related surfaces. Service temperature up to 230°F (110°C).

Gator GenPur Tape - All-Purpose Protective Tape
Used as an outerwrap for Gator Petrolatum, Bitumen and Butyl Tapes. Also suited for coating small diameter pipe.

Gator Poly-Wrap - Clear outerwrap used over petrolatum tape
A 150 gauge (1.5 mils) outerwrap with excellent conformability. Used as protective outerwrap over Gator petrolatum tapes.

Gator Butyl Mastic Tape - Industrial Butyl Adhesive/Sealant Tape
100% solids, non-hardening, thick butyl based sealant tape for the joining and sealing together of a variety of other surfaces including polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, concrete, metal, wood and cadwelds. It has an aggressive surface tack and high tensile strength. These properties provide an immediate bond, without the need of a primer.

Gator Butyl 20 Tape - UV Resistant Protective Pipeline Tape
Used as a UV resistant, protective outerwrap for Gator Petrolatum Tapes. Also suited for coating a wide variety of pipeline and steel structure applications.
 

Gator Butyl 601 Tape - is a primer less, Polyethylene/Butyl Rubber Pipeline Tape For the long term anti-corrosion protection of small to medium diameter buried or immersed pipes and weld joint areas. In most cases, a primer is not needed.
 

Gator Butyl 130 Tape - Butyl Rubber Adhesive/Sealant Tape
For the joining and sealing together of a variety of surfaces including polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, concrete, metal and wood. The adhesive has an extremely aggressive grip and provides an immediate leak proof result.
 

Gator MB-150 Tape - All Purpose Polyolefin Fabric/Bitumen Pipeline Tape
For the anti-corrosion protection of buried or immersed pipes and fittings. The tapes can be applied by hand or machine to weld joints, bends, bare pipe lengths and pipe fittings.

Tank Liners

Telflon, RMAX, PolySeal, F-Seal, Urex, PVC liners are made to order in various sizes to fit pipes and tanks. Our tank liners are made in various mils and thicknesses to suit the environment and temperatures.  PipeGator has licensed installers throughout the country. Below Grade Coatings

BITUMASTIC HI-BUILD EPOXY #3000M5 - is a two component chemically cured, epoxy polyamide which can be applied as thick as 35 mils (dry) in one coat, to provide exceptional abrasion, corrosion and chemical resistance to steel, concrete and other surfaces subject to servere environmental conditions. This includes pipelines, sewage plants, chemical plants, flood gates, water dams, locks, bridge pilings and marine structures etc. 3000M5 can be used under immersion or atmospheric conditions. Available in 5 Gallon Kits.
